By requesting for the service you here by automatically agreed to the following
1. Cash Payments only.
2. No Refunds on any service / parts.
3. Vehicles are stored and tested at owners risk.
4. Please refer to the W.O. # in all your correspondence.
5. Warranty is totally void for opened / tempered or burnt battery packs.
6. No Refunds on Factory ECM upgrades, however old firmwares can be re-written at a nominal charge.
7. Leakages due to actuator fluid change is not a responsibility of fixmycar.pk, its workers and managers.
8. Hybrid batteries carry warranty based on freeze frame data and extended warranty requires periodic inspections.

10. If water damage found I will pay for replaced parts or labor and pay for damages caused to scanners or equipment.
11. Team and management reserves the right to cancel any requests on any work order both for water damaged or regular car.
12. For bills exceeding Rs 50,000 Parts amount needs to be deposited to the account of fixmycar.pk and final bill including services will be settled on completion.
13. I also agree to pay the invoiced amount for repairs immediately upon completion of job. Vehicle will not leave premises of fixmycar.pk until bill is cleared.
14. Dual clutches and gearboxes only have check warranty, damage due to software, mechanical design and user error is solely the customers responsibility.
15. Company reserves the right of admission of vehicles and will initiate legal action on vehicle and owner both for leaving the premises without paying bill, or paying in counterfeit currency or fake bank transactions, at the courts in Islamabad.
16. I also agree that fixmycar.pk has the discretion to acquire the services of a third party to supplement their efforts for completion of job in hand. Fixmycar.pk also reserves the right to cancel any work order or service request for parts delivery without assigning a reason.
17. Fixmycar.pk is not responsible for ECM damage due to any DTC or a cleared / hidden DTC, Any CEL or previous record of damages / repairs not revealed to our teams before service is customers responsibility. Only those DTCs will be cleared that relates to the service performed. We service cars in good faith, please cooperate with our teams.
18. I hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Fixmycar.pk harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, liabilities, lawsuits, personal injuries, damages, costs, and expenses however incurred or sustained in connection with the services, parts or the vehicle itself. No warranties are given by Fixmycar.pk on any service provided, except for the warranties extended by parts manufacturers.
